Deleting your NutriOS account

This page is for the NutriOS app (developer: Hüseyin Karakoç). You can delete your account and your data in two ways.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

1. Open NutriOS and sign in. 2. Open the menu in the top left. 3. Tap Delete Account. 4. Tick "I understand that my account and all my data will be permanently deleted". 5. Tap Permanently delete my account. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in: 1. Write to Krkctech@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to your account. 2. Use the subject "Account deletion request". We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest. To verify ownership we only process requests sent from the address linked to the account.

Data that is deleted

When the account is deleted, all of the following is permanently removed from our servers: • Your profile: age, gender, height, weight, goals, diet preferences, allergies • Your Google account link and the stored email address • All daily records: meals, calorie and macro history, water, steps, mood • Your weight history and weekly reports • Your AI meal plans and recipes • Favourite foods, quiz results, XP record • Community posts, comments, likes and uploaded images • Notification preferences and device sync state The app also erases all local data it keeps on your phone.

Data that is kept, and for how long

• Server technical logs: access records (IP address, request time) are kept for at most 14 days and then deleted automatically. They are not linked to your account and are used only for security and troubleshooting. • Payment and subscription records: if you had a subscription, the purchase history is held by Google Play. We never see or store your card details. Retention of those records is governed by Google's own policies. Nothing else linked to your identity is retained.

Deleting part of your data without closing your account

You do not have to close your account to delete data. Deleting individual records (in the app, immediate): 1. Meal entry: tap the day on the home screen, select the entry and delete it. 2. Weight measurement: Menu → Weight History → delete icon next to the record. 3. Community post or comment: open the menu on your own post and choose Delete. 4. Favourite food: Menu → Favourites → delete the entry. Requesting deletion of a whole data category: 1. Write to Krkctech@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to your account. 2. Use the subject "Data deletion request". 3. State which category you want removed (e.g. "all my weight history", "all my community posts"). We reply within 3 business days and complete the request within 30 days. Your account stays open; only the data you named is deleted.
